I'm Justas, a 19-year-old from Lithuania starting the Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering at TU Eindhoven this September. I'm looking for a room and would be a quiet, tidy, low-maintenance tenant — non-smoker, no pets. As a student I don't yet have Dutch income, but rent is well covered: my father is acting as guarantor and comfortably meets the income requirements, and I can also pay several months' rent upfront for extra assurance. I'm looking for a stable, long-term stay for the duration of my studies (up to four years). I'm flexible on move-in timing, ideally settling in during August before classes start.
