I am looking for an apartment together with my partner. We are a working/student couple from Poland, with work contracts in the Netherlands, proof of university enrolment, and guarantors.  We already live in the Netherlands and have good renting histories with no complaints from previous landlords.  I am enrolled in a Master's program in International Criminology at VU, having just finished my Bachelor's in The Hague this May. Additionally, I work 2 jobs part-time (horeca and research). My fiance is working full-time at a biotech company in Delft (has been working there for 9 months already). If extra proof of long-term financial stability is needed, we have parents ready to act as our official guarantors. We also have savings and receive a student grant from the  Dutch government monthly. We can provide a double deposit if that can ensure our reliability as tenants. We have all the required documents available (payslips, employment contracts, proof or enrolment, proof of registration, IDs, bank extracts, Guarantor Agreement, landlord's statement).  We are quiet homebodies, do not throw parties, drink, smoke, have pets or play instruments.

Wij zijn Joris en Meike. We zijn allebei opgegroeid in Deventer en wonen mmenteel in Maastricht, waar we allebei hebben gestudeerd.
