Beste verhuurder / makelaar, Mijn naam is Daniël (35) Ik woon momenteel in Utrecht, maar mijn verhuurder heeft aangegeven zijn woning te willen verkopen om zijn dochter te ondersteunen bij de aankoop van een woning. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een nieuwe plek waar ik mij voor langere tijd kan vestigen. Ik werk inmiddels 10 jaar bij Café Hofman in Utrecht, waar ik ben doorgegroeid naar een functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Ik ben onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: de inkoop van bier, wijn, sterke drank, frisdrank en schoonmaakbenodigdheden het ontwikkelen van cocktails, inclusief onze maandelijkse cocktail van de maand het inwerken van nieuwe collega’s achter de bar werkzaamheden in de bediening en achter de bar Ik woon alleen en heb een bruto maandinkomen van € 3.032, op basis van een vast contract. Als referentie: mijn huidige huur bedraagt € 800 per maand, die ik altijd netjes en op tijd betaal. Alle benodigde documenten, zoals ID, salarisstroken, werkgeversverklaring, bankafschriften en een verhuurdersverklaring, kan ik volledig en direct aanleveren. In mijn vrije tijd kook ik graag, sport ik regelmatig en reis ik naar plekken met een rijke eet- en cultuurtraditie. Ik ben rustig, netjes en hecht veel waarde aan een stabiele woonomgeving. I am a 54 year old professional relocating to The Hague to take up a senior position with the International Baccalaureate. I have an indefinite employment contract and am looking for a comfortable, quiet place to live within cycling distance of the IB Global Centre on Burgemeester Patijnlaan.
