Ik ben een nette, verantwoordelijke huurder en ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte. Tijdens de vier jaar dat ik in Nijmegen heb gehuurd, heb ik altijd aan mijn verplichtingen voldaan en prettig samengewoond met huisgenoten. En heb altijd erg fijn contact gehad met mijn voormalige huurbazen. Ik beschouw mezelf als een respectvolle en betrouwbare huurder.
