I’ve rented accommodation before and have always taken good care of the property, respected house rules, and completed my rental periods without any issues. I’ve consistently received my full deposit back, which reflects how seriously I take being a reliable tenant. At the same time, I’m an easygoing and respectful person to live with. Hee ik ben Sara, Aankomend jaar kom ik studeren op de UT. Ik woon op dit moment in Gouda, wat iets te ver reizen is naar Enschede. Hoi, ik ben Michael (19) en ik studeer Mechanical Engineering. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis, maar ik ben nu op zoek naar iets rustigers voor mezelf, met een eigen badkamer, toilet en keuken. Ik ben rustig en sociaal, maar geen feestganger. Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en vind het belangrijk dat mijn woonplek netjes en schoon is. Mijn studie vraagt veel concentratie, dus ik zoek een plek waar ik in alle rust kan wonen en studeren. Mijn vader werkt bij het Europees Octrooibureau in Den Haag en staat garant, dus de huur wordt altijd op tijd betaald.
