Hi, I’m Toby. I’m currently studying Political Science at Leipzig University, and in September 2026 I’m planning to start my Master’s in Public Administration at Leiden University. I’m an outgoing and social person. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, running, cooking and taking pictures with my old analogue camera. First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~32 hours a week on average, make around 2100€ monthly and 24K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 18 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. I work through a work agency and I understand that landlords are very put off by that, but I can assure you that my position is completely firm and there is virtually no chance of me getting laid off.
