The property is located within walking distance of the campus and the green surroundings of the Binnenveld (a nature area between Wageningen and the surrounding villages). We (a post-doc and a freelancer in our early forties) are looking for a mature post-doctoral researcher, PhD candidate, or researcher to rent the space for a minimum of 6 months (longer stays are also possible).

With 32 m² of fully furnished indoor living space and 45 m² of private outdoor space, you will enjoy a comfortable living environment. For part of the year, certain areas of the property (such as the bathroom and kitchen) are shared to a limited extent with the freelancer.

You will receive a formal rental agreement, and you are permitted to register your address with the municipality. Communication with the owner is smooth, fast, and direct.

The property is available from the end of October; please see the photos for an impression (further photos and information are available upon request). The base rent is €875 per month, excluding costs for energy, internet, municipal taxes, and other additional charges. The property is fully equipped and includes:

• an adjustable bed (head and foot sections can be set to various positions)
• a mattress, bed linen, and a pillow
• a wardrobe and storage cabinet with ample space
• a designer desk with drawers, plus an office chair
• practical sun blinds and a window screen
• a spacious kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities
• a dining/seating area within the kitchen
• a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer, including a drying rack
• a back garden with outdoor furniture
• a helpful and friendly owner

We are looking for an English-speaking, non-smoking, and—above all—quiet researcher affiliated with the university. Please note that this is strictly not student housing; we are not seeking young students, but rather someone who values ​​a quiet and peaceful living environment.
