The studio is situated in the souterrain of the Alexander Numankade. There is a separate entrance, which leads to the hallway, which is used by the tenant and occasionally by the owner of the house (storage room and washroom). In the hallway there is also the toilet and washing machine.

Sliding door divides the Living/bedroom from the kitchen. Fully filled kitchen with all utilities including a Dish washer. Table that seats two.

Back Garden is for the owner.
