The space
Size: 24 m² private studio in a converted apartment (3 studios total)

Furnishings: double bed with fresh mattress topper, kitchen table + high chair(2 other lower chairs are also available), wardrobe, shelving, TV-stand(no TV though), nightstand, laundry bag, and cozy sofa.

Kitchen: electric hob, oven, full-size fridge/freezer, pans, plates, cutlery & basic cooking staples – just bring your recipes!

Bathroom: private shower & sink inside your studio; toilet is shared with one male neighbour.

Laundry: washing machine (shared with 1 other), tumble-dryer (shared with 2 others) – free to use

Internet & utilities: 400 Mb/s fibre Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water and municipal taxes – all included in the rent

Location
Quiet residential street in a lively “shopping district” – supermarkets, tech stores, and a pharmacy are all within a 3-minute walk. Bike parking right in front. 

House vibe
Your two studio neighbours are students at EUR (17 & 21). Everyone is respectful, cleans up after themselves, and likes a calm, friendly atmosphere. No parties or smoking indoors, please.

Looking for
Someone reliable who will treat the place (and the neighbours) with the same care I do. Ideal for an exchange student, intern, or remote worker who needs a turn-key place for July–August.
