Over de woonruimte

This is a studio that is attached to a lone-standing house, located in de Esch area. We live in the house. But the studio has its own entrance and can be registered with municipality [Gemeente]. However, the house number is shared with the main house, so perhaps no possibility for housing allowance [Huurtoeslag]. The studio has two rooms, each room has bathroom/toilet and kitchen.  Tenant can use one room as a bed room and the other one as a leaving room/kitchen. There is also a washmachine. Electricity is included (we want tenant that is careful with usage) and internet can be connected for an extra 20 euros per month. Out neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood close to university, supermarket and nature.  also have a Golden Doodle dog, I would prefer is the tenant is good and comfortable with dogs.
