Our home has two separate front doors: you have your own front door, the other one is dedicated to us; a family with two children (10 and 13)
We live on the ground and first floor. The studio is located on the second floor, with its own balcony and kitchen. Toilet and showerroom is on the hallway.
Our daughter sleeps on the same floor, so it’s nice if you don’t mind sharing the toilet/showerroom with her.

We’ve always had a good relationship with our tenants, which is nice, but it’s not a must.
We have a large garden, and if you like, you’re always welcome.

Tram 4 and 6 on ur doorstep.
