Hi all, 

I would like to leave the studio I am currently living in. It is around 45m2, in the city centre, renovated only a couple of years ago.

There is an entrance, the bathroom, kitchen/living area, bedroom, storage room.
Although in my opinion the studio is big enough for 2 people (but who am I to give an opinion here ahah), only one registration is allowed. 
The studio is suitable for one working professional, with a gross income of at least 3 times the rent. Minimum contract 1 year, indefinite after that.

The move in date in indicative, because the thing is, I first need to find a room in Utrecht to move into. So if anyone would like to move here from Utrecht or if you know anyone who is leaving their room there, and be willing to leave your room to me,  then I can leave the studio to you. In my profile I have described what I am looking for, please refer there for further information. 

The rent is 949.14 EUR excl. The gas/electricity costs are low, since the house is very well isolated (about 40/50 EUR in winter).

Furniture can be taken over preferably, we can discuss about that. 

I am not sure how many reactions to expect, but please note that as long as the ad is available, the house hasn't found a new tenant yet or I haven't found a new place to stay yet. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions, even if you don't have a place in Utrecht to offer, maybe I will find one by myself.
