Looking for or were always wishing you had a place of your own? Check this out! We have a simple, comfortable, safe, and tranquil place for rent. 
Located in a desirable neighborhood, it features the following: it consists of two rooms of different sizes. The smaller one has, in one corner, a separate compartment with a toilet, and in another corner, a shower, both equipped with an extractor. Also in the same room, there is a loft bed, which is mounted to the wall to save space. Underneath the loft bed, we have built a cozy study corner.
The larger room is the kitchen and living room; it is well-equipped with a fridge/freezer compartment mounted on a prep table, a gas stove, and a microwave oven. plus the necessary utensils such as pottery and so forth. Included in the rent are wireless, fiber optic internet, and free access to a laundry facility. If the age requirement of 23 years or older is met, the tax office will accept the application for rent relief. In the current year, rent relief amounts to 424 euros per month. By the way, registration at the municipality is mandatory.
