The studio:
The apartment is super spacious and light, covering 38m2 area – including a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. It is located on the UT campus at the top floor of the building – meaning that it’s giving penthouse vibes with the big 30m2 terrasse on 2 sides :D
The studio is fully furnished, the kitchen fully equipped, and there is a washing machine available for free use a floor below.
The bigger of the two main rooms has an area of 18m2, the smaller one covers an area of approx. 12m2.

The location:
The surrounding neighbourhood is fairly quiet with a forest right next to it – perfect for walks or runs. 
By bike, it takes 5min to uni, 3min to the next supermarket, and 18min to the city centre. There is a bus stop right next to the house.

Btw, the studio can also already be rented starting on the 7th of July.
