Hey there, fellow future tenant of this studio!

I am the current tenant of this wonderful studio in Enschede and I will be relocating near my new job, hence why I’m vacating this place. I’m looking for someone to replace me and take over from February 1st, 2026 onward. 

This studio is located by the centrum of Enschede. 

You have a bus stop that’s a 3 minute walk away, and the Enschede central train station can be reached in 5 minutes by bus, 7 mins by bike and 20 minutes by walk.

This studio is only for 1 person maximum. You can register with the municipality here. And no pets allowed.

The rent is 825 EUR per month (Including gas/water/electricity/internet), with a deposit of 1450 EUR (Worth 2 months of the base rent). You have your own shower, sink, dishwasher and kitchen. 

You will have to share the toilet only, with 2 other people. There are 3 male housemates that are here, all super friendly, that have similar studios to you. This house is mixed gender though.

The place actually comes without any furnishings, however I wanted someone who could buy the furniture from me (everything except the bed), which would be 250 EUR (negotiable). This furniture includes the sofa, the glass table, the clothes rack, shelf next to the sofa, the shoe rack, the bin by the kitchen and the small bin in the shower, the standing shelf in the shower and the curtain rod in the shower.
