Small studio available on one of the islands in Amsterdam's Ijburg neighborhood. I'm subletting it from end of june until october, however it is very likely that an extension of the contract will be possible! 

The studio is equipped with small bathroom, small kitchen with induction stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a freezer and washing machine shared by other tenants in the building. The studio is furnished with bed, wardrobes, sofa, shelves, kitchen table and chair. Additional items shown in the pictures, such as the TV, will be removed before move-in date.

The studio is located on Zwanebloemlaan, five minutes walking distance from grocery store and tram station 'Vennepluimstraat' (12 minutes to Centraal). The area is really tranquil, beautiful, and safe. Right next to the island lies the huge 'Diemerpark' recreational area connected via a pedestrian bridge.
