My home is available from September for a year (maybe two). Registration is possible for max 2 people. Viewings can be arranged during the last week of August. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook & bake. The dishwasher and washing+drying machine are integrated with the kitchen.

The height-adjustable desk allows for long home-office days and can be combined with the treadmill to walk & work. Stable 1000 Mbit/s Wi-Fi guarantees a perfect connection for gaming and streaming 4K movies.
The dining table can be extended (6 chairs in storage) and the couch table can be lifted up for dining in front of the 55" OLED TV.
The bathroom works just as expected, no need to worry about water temperature or pressure.

Villa Mokum is located in the middle of the new Amstelkwartier. This modern apartment complex won the Amsterdam Nieuwbouwprijs in 2016. The Amstelkwartier has a special location on the Amstel with the harbor and Park Somerlust. Below the complex is a small supermarket.
