On the fourth floor, you will find this bright and renovated studio of 18m2. From here, there is a lovely view on the Montelbaanstoren (Oudeschans). It makes the apartment the perfect place to rewind after a long work day by enjoying the view of the historical city of Amsterdam. This studio has its own sanitary, kitchen with fridge and washing machine. The bunk bed with storage space can be taken over for a small price, but is open for discussion to keep it there or for us to take it out. 

Rapenburg is a rather quiet and very charming street that is surrounded by many restaurants and cultural sights. One could think of the famous restaurant called Gebroeders Hartering, Nemo, Scheepvaartmuseum and the Hortus Botanicus. On the corner of the street you will find a lovely green terrace that local residents can use with a view over the canals.

Besides that, the apartment is centrally located with amongst others Waterlooplein on walking distance, including supermarkets as Albert Heijn and Jumbo, but also Kruidvat, Coffee Company and Blokker. Nieuwmarkt, Amsterdam Central Station and several bus, tram and metro stops are within walking distance, and therefore, one can easily navigate through the city.
