Hello,

I will be abroad for a few months and am temporarily renting out my studio on Oostenburgermiddenstraat in Amsterdam. The rental period is 21 December until 1 April, with a flexible start date.
It concerns a short-term rental of initially three months. An extension may be possible but cannot be guaranteed.

About the studio (29 m²)
	•	Fully furnished: ready to move into with just your luggage
	•	Bed, small sofa, wardrobe
	•	Ample storage space + internal storage area (for suitcases, etc.)
	•	Washing machine and dryer
	•	Stove, oven, fridge
	•	Fast Wi-Fi and TV
	•	Communal bicycle storage
	•	Inner courtyard where smoking is permitted
	•	Pets are not allowed

Location
	•	Quiet and pleasant neighbourhood in Oostenburg
	•	Amsterdam Central Station: approx. 10–15 minutes by bus/tram
	•	UvA Roeterseiland: approx. 15–20 minutes by public transport
	•	Supermarkets and coffee places within walking distance

Rent
	•	€ 1768 per month, including utilities and taxes
	•	Registration with the municipality is possible, but will increase municipal taxes (see the municipality’s website)

Who I’m looking for
	•	A reliable tenant who will take good care of the studio
	•	Someone who understands that the rental period is temporary (initially three months)
	•	My preference is for someone who is able to view the studio in person beforehand
	•	Please include a short introduction about yourself and explain why this rental period suits your situation
