Wanted: 1 female housemate (working professional) for a large attic room(20m2) in an eco-friendly home!

Are you a tidy female working professional looking for a high-quality, sustainable place to live? A spacious attic room is available immediately in this gas-free home, located in the popular and green neighborhood!

You will share the house with three international housemates (ages 23 to 29, working/studying). To maintain the house balance, we are specifically looking for one female working professional.

The home offers maximum comfort with underfloor heating & cooling in every room.

The Layout
Your Room (Fully Furnished!): A spacious, bright attic room on the top floor. The room comes equipped with a comfortable bed and a wardrobe. (Please note: The attached photo indicates the final look and furnishing of the room).

Shared Living: A large, bright living room with modern finishes and high-quality PVC flooring.

Kitchen & Bathroom: Luxury open-plan kitchen with all integrated appliances (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer). Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and a second floating toilet.

Outdoor Space: Beautifully landscaped, sunny backyard (Northwest) with rear access and a wooden shed with electricity (ideal for bike storage).
