Over de woonruimte

Hey guys, I'm looking for someone to take over my room. It's actually 2 smaller rooms, one that I use as a bedroom, and the other as a study/office space. See photos and videos for more. The atmosphere of the house is pretty independent, and spacious enough that I actually don't run into other housemates that often. Each floor shares a kitchen, shower, toilets. The house is an anti-squat/antikraak, so it's a bit of an older house, but the company in charge of it (Stenia) carries out repairs and maintains the house. 

I'd like to have the next tenant take over my furniture if possible, I'm leaving the bed frame, the standing desk, clothes rack, gray chair, and cubby bookshelf-thing. Asking €150 for the whole set.

Rent is paid until the end of the month, but I'll be moving out on the 26th, so theoretically you can move in on the 27th or later.

I'd like to invite a couple of people over this week (19-23 May) to view the room, but keep in mind that with a lot of replies I won't be able to respond to accommodate everyone. I'll be responding on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference for internationals.
