I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for a room in XIOR Student Housing – Willem Dreeslaan, Utrecht.

This would be an official contract transfer through Xior, so you will sign directly with the company and municipality registration is possible.

- Period: 16 May – 3 August 2026
- Rent: €630.50 per month
- All-inclusive: water, electricity, heating, and internet
- Room: 22 m²
- Fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe
- Laundry facilities available in the building
- Location: Willem Dreeslaan, with good connections to Utrecht Science Park and the city centre
- Supermarkets and other amenities nearby
- International student

Requirements from Utrecht University and XIOR
- You must be an international student at Utrecht University or HU — Bachelor, Master, or Exchange
- You must be able to rent the room until the end of the contract: 3 August 2026
