- Period: 1st April or May – August 3, 2026 (fixed-term contract, no extension possible)
- Rent: €640.50 per month all-inclusive (water, electricity, heating, and high-speed internet)
- Size: approx. 20 m²
- Floor: 4th floor
- Fully furnished: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, sink
- Huge shared kitchen and bathrooms
- Laundry facilities in the building (machines recently renovated)
- International student community

Location: Willem Dreeslaan – great connection to Utrecht Science Park and the city centre, with many facilities nearby

Requirements (set by Utrecht University and XIOR)
- Must be an international student at Utrecht University (Bachelor, Master, or Exchange)
- Must be able to rent the room until the end of the contract on August 3, 2026
