From December 1, two beautiful rooms will become available in the shared apartment that I rent. In total, your living spaces together are about 30 m2. You could turn one room into your living room and the other room your bedroom. You share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hall and storage room with me. For €1200 including gas/water/electricity/internet and municipal costs you have your own living area in Utrecht. The rooms are rented out for the minimum period of 1 year. Both rooms are intended for 1 person, you will become a subtenant of mine. You can register at this address. I want to live with a female roommate. Sorry gentlemen! It is important that the new housemate loves animals, because I have 1 dog and 1 cat.

They will largely stay with me in my rooms and I am of course responsible myself. Of course it is very nice if my animals are loved by you and can also visit you in your living room every now and then, for example. It is not the intention that the new housemate also brings animals into the house, that is not possible because of my animals. I also want someone who is reasonably neat, communicative and willing to help once a week to keep the shared areas clean and to take care of general utensils such as washing-up liquid. We communicate this together. I myself am 33 years old and I work about 2 to 3 days in disability care as a supervisor at homes. I also like cooking, sports and walking. And of course meet up with friends and do fun things.

I like to eat together every now and then or have a chat with the new roommate. But nothing is mandatory. I also think it's important to be able to really do my own thing and have my own privacy.
