Over de woonruimte

We (Nilo, Myrthe & Anita) are looking for one new roommate for our house in Lombok!

This is a campus contract for 10 months (until the end of May 2027), so you must be a student (preferably in Utrecht). The rent is €600 per month, including gas, water, electricity, and internet. The room is approximately 14 m² and unfurnished.

About the house:

•⁠  ⁠Located in Lombok (±10 minutes by bike to the city center / Utrecht Central Station)
•⁠  ⁠Two balconies
•⁠  ⁠Supermarkets and bus stops within walking distance
•⁠  ⁠Shared kitchen and bathroom
•⁠  ⁠No living room, but we usually find a spot to eat together when we feel like it

About us and who we’re looking for:
We are a close house of three, but without obligations or fixed house nights (except cleaning duty). To tell you a bit about ourselves: Nilo (35) works remotely, Anita (26) combines working and studying, and Myrthe (20) is a student. Dutch or international, both are welcome!

We are looking for someone who:

•⁠  ⁠is 21+
•⁠  ⁠is independent and tidy
•⁠  ⁠is social, but not looking for a party house
•⁠  ⁠preferably has lived independently before
