Over de woonruimte

Hello hello! 
Nilo, Timen and I (Laura) are looking for one new housemate from December 1st.
Unfortunately our beloved Jacob has decided to leave the nest and so, here we are looking for an appropriate replacement. 
We are a calm house of three boys and one girl: 
-Laura (me), Italian 28 yo, full time worker, always down to grab a beer 
-Nilo, italian 34 yo, full time remote worker, can make really good pizza
-Timen , dutch 28 yo, working student, sports lover

The available room is around 13 m2 (semi-furnished) located on the first floor on top of a restaurant. It has a big window and a lot of natural light.
The tiny house is composed by one toilet, one bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The building is quite old but everything works: it just needs some love and attention. The rent is around 565€ all in and registration is possible. We ask for a one-time contribution of €100 for the washing machine. Smoking is allowed only in the terrace.
The location (Utrecht West) is really convenient as it’s less than 15 min walk from the main train station. Close by you can find any grocery/shop you can need.  
We are looking for a tidy, clean housemate who is up for a beer sometimes. The house is not big, so it is very important that you are able to keep things in order. 

Just so you know, there are smokers in the house, so if that makes you uncomfortable, this might not be the best place for you.
