Over de woonruimte

Hello hello!
Marta, Jacob and I are looking for one new housemate from May 1st!
Unfortunately our beloved Lennart has decided to leave the nest and so, here we are looking for an appropriate replacement (male, 25-30 years old, worker). 
We are a calm house of two boys (only one at the moment) and two girls: 
-Laura (me), Italian 27 yo, full time worker, always down to grab a beer 
-Jacob, German 26yo, finishing his studies+working and passionate about music
-Marta , Italian 25yo, currently abroad for an internship. At the moment Nilo is taking her place.

The available room is around 13 m2 (semi-furnished) located on the first floor on top of a restaurant. It has a big window and a lot of natural light.
The tiny house is composed by one toilet, one bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The building is quite old but everything works: it just needs some love and attention. The rent is around 545€ all in and registration is possible. Smoking is allowed only in the terrace.
The location (Utrecht West) is really nice as it’s less than 15 min walk from the main train station. Close by you can find any grocery/shop you can need. Also, the bus stops is literally outside our door. 
We are looking for a tidy, clean housemate who is up for a beer sometimes. The house is not big, so it is very important that you are able to keep things in order. 

!! the viewings will rigorously be on Saturday the 29th of March early in the afternoon.!!
