Temporary sublet due to travel: from 22 November 2026 until 30 September 2027, possibly extending to 30 October 2027. Duration of the lease: 10 months. 

I’m looking for two friends take over my lease and share the rent of a bright, comfortable, fully furnished apartment. Each one pays €1250, together you pay in total €2500 inclusive + 1 month deposit.

The apartment is a bright and furnished apartment in the green Transwijk neighbourhood is a lovely place for three or a maximum of four people. With 68 m² of living space and a 5 m² balcony, it offers plenty of room to live comfortably, surrounded by greenery.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It also offers plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances, including a dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. The apartment has an energy label B.

The apartment is approximately a seven-minute bike ride from Utrecht Central Station.

Transwijk is a green neighbourhood with supermarkets and shops within walking distance. Utrecht city centre is less than a ten-minute bike ride away, and the area is also well connected by public transport.
