Over de woonruimte

Hi there,

We, Conrad and Anna, are looking for a new housemate, starting July 1st. Our current housemate is moving in with her girlfriend. That leaves us to find someone new for the third room in our apartment in the city centre of Utrecht!

ROOM & APARTMENT?
The room will be unfurnished. It fits a desk, up to 140 size bed and wardrobe. The rent is at 790 Euros inclusive, internet cost is not included. The room is with registration. We like spending time in our spacious kitchen/living room area to read, play boardgames and listen to music. We have a dishwasher, a washing machine and one bathroom and additional toilet. The apartment is centrally located in the Twijnstraat, 10 minutes on foot from the Dom and 5 minutes by bike from Utrecht Centraal. We have three grocery stores, various stores, cafes, restaurants and a cinema in the same street. 

WHO?
Conrad (28) is a sports enthusiast. He likes to spend time outdoors, running and hiking in the forests around Utrecht, likes bike rides and boulders. He works full time at his new job in marketing research and analytics, usually from the office.
Anna (31) is doing a PostDoc in Computer Science at UU. She sometimes plays the e-drums, and  will try to persuade you to sing, or play boardgames. 
We are a couple, but each have our own rooms, work and hobbies. We speak English and German.

WHAT to expect?
We are working and would like our new house mate to share a similar rhythm. We would enjoy living with someone who wouldn’t be a stranger and join for a meal or a walk or a movie with a cineville subsription at the cinema next door. Of course, we also respect each other’s need for alone time and will see what works for us with you in the mix. We like to keep our apartment clean and tidy and hope that you feel the same way.
