Over de woonruimte

The room is in the heart of Rivierenwijk in a renovated two floor apartment, close to cafes right on the canal. Groceries stores, train and bus station are all close by, and the center is just 10 minutes away by bike. 
While the living room is cozy, the apartment has a big kitchen, a balcony and 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor). 
The rent includes Internet, but does not include G/W/E. These amount to approximately 200 euros per month. I will provide an overview of the costs at the end of each month and they will be settled at the end of the stay.
