Over de woonruimte

Hey guys! 

I'm looking for two new roommates for my 3 bedroom appartment. It is located a couple minutes walk from the center, ~5 min bike from the station and ~20 min bike to science park. The apartment is 116m2, has 2 floors, and a rooftop balcony with a view of the Dom!  The first room is 10m2 (1128€) and the second is 12m2 (1197€). Both bedrooms share a bathroom (shower + toilet). The bedrooms are unfurnished, and the living room is partially furnished. 

I am 21 years old, from France, and starting my masters. I am looking for people who are either master students or working already, and who enjoy a night in. It would be lovely if we could have a nice fun and cozy atmosphere in the house, and have evenings together with board games, movies, artsy hobbies, and the like! Most neighbors are working people, and noise disturbances are not allowed in this apartment complex. As such, I can't stress enough that this is not a party house.
