Over de woonruimte

Hi! I are looking for someone to sublet one room in our rented house. The room is also available for 2 months, from October 1st, to November 30th. 

The city center and Utrecht Centraal are only 10 minutes cycling away, Wilhelminapark is a 5-minute walk, and supermarkets are also a short walk away. The room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe, and you will be sharing the house with us. We share a shower, toilet, kitchen, living room (with TV), and a small courtyard. Monthly gas & electricity, and wifi costs are not included, but it should be around 50€.

You will share the room with Lucrezia, an italian 23-year-old girl. She is studying at Utrecht University, she is in Erasmus program and will be here untill end of January. She likes being social and spending time with friends, but there is also plenty of space to do your own thing. We are looking for someone very clean and would like to have a cleaning schedule to make things easier. 

We are subletting only for 2 months because unfortunately at the end of this period, the landlord will give the house to his dauther.
