The bathroom and toilet are separate. The kitchen is in good condition and is equipped with a hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washing machine is also available. You share all this with two female housemates (around 25 years old). 

Shopping center is a 5-minute walking distance away. Utrecht Overvecht train station is a 5-minute bike ride away. Bus stop is right next to the apartment building. There is also a nice park in the front of the building for a walk or for jogging. There is free parking available in the front of the building. 

The room is offered furnished (cupboard, wardrobe, table, chair, curtains and a bed). 
Smoking (also in your own room), pets and musical instruments are not allowed.  
Rental price of the room is € 500,- a month, all exclusive. Total price all inclusive (utilities, internet, service charges) will be € 700,- a month. There is a 2 months deposit of € 1.000,-.
