Shopping center is a 5-minute walking distance away. Utrecht Overvecht train station is a 5-minute bike ride away. Bus stop is right next to the apartment building. There is also a nice park in front of the building for a walk or for jogging.
There is free parking available in the front of the building.

The room is offered furnished (cupboard, wardrobe, table, chair, curtains. there is no bed).
Smoking (also in your own room), pets and musical instruments are not allowed.
Rental price is all inclusive. There is a 2 months deposit.
