Over de woonruimte

Hi, I am subletting my room from 16-02 to 25-04, but we can talk about a longer period if needed.

The house is located on Catharijnesingel, just a 10min walk to the central station and 15 min to the city center. 
You will be living with my friend Alex. He is 29, from Spain, and works as an architect here in Utrecht.
You will be sharing all parts of the house, so it is important that you are a clean and respectful person.
Smoking is not allowed.
It is important to know that the house is on a souterrain floor, so in the bedroom there is not much daylight. However, we have a big patio that makes light come in the livingroom. It still needs some care, as we just moved in, but once we fix it, it will be very nice. 
The bedroom comes furnished. Apart from what you see, there are drawers under the bed to store your stuff. 
The house has all comforts, heated floors, induction stove, nice oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. 
The price includes everything.
