Over de woonruimte

I'm subletting my room over the summer break from the 8th of July until the 15th of August. If needed, there's some flexibility with those dates :)

The room comes as seen in the pictures (maybe a bit more tidied up).

We're a house of mostly international students, but also some who are already working. We have 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a large terrace, and a small garden to relax in. The location is great, with a Plus right across the street, an AH just a 5-minute walk away, and Central Station only a 15-minute walk up the road. (There's also a bus that can take you there in 3 minutes.)

Ideally, I'd like to meet beforehand in Utrecht so I can get to know you and we can arrange all the details.
