Over de woonruimte

I finished my bachelor degree and I will be moving out next week so I am looking for someone to take over my rooms as soon as possible. Therefore, the viewing is TODAY'S EVENING at 9pm (a bit unplanned, sorry).

These are two rooms: a smaller one that I use as a bedroom, and a larger one that serves me as a living room. Both rooms are located on the first floor, next to each other. The bathroom is also on the first floor, right next to the rooms. The kitchen is upstairs. There is a bike stand available in the garden.

According to Google Maps, the distances by bike are:
Tilburg University - 6 minutes (2.1km)
Tilburg Universitet train station - 7 minutes (2.3km)
Aldi - 3 minutes (700m)), with many other stores nearby

The neighborhood is quiet, and the other (english speaking) tenants are mostly students from Tilburg. The landlord has a separate living space behind a private door, but he rarely stays there.

The room comes furnished, although not all of the items shown in the photos are included.

The furniture included are: 2 desks/tables, fridge, 3 wooden chairs, a double bed frame, a wardrobe, 2 curtains in the bigger room, a roller blind in the smaller room and mosquito net mounted on the window in the bigger room. Additionally, I installed rubber seals and a door sweep on the door of the smaller room, as I used is as a bedroom. Thanks to this, it is relatively quiet and easy to sleep, even if someone is in the kitchen, bathroom or walking in the corridor. I think the fair price for all the furniture would be 100 euro but I’m open to negotiate.

I will be moving out around July 10th, so you would need to pay the appropriate fraction of rent for July and then continue paying in a way you will agree on with the landlord (currently it is every 24th of the month).
