I am renting out a furnished room starting January 1st 2025 until July 23rd 2026 in Prins Alexander, just a minute walk away from Albert Heijn, 15 minutes away by bike from university & 7min away from the Metrostation Oosterflank. 
The room is being monitored by Roomplaza. 
It is 8m2 big, has a new bed&mattress, desk, chair, as well as a wooden built-in wardrobe, that are all part of the room you will be renting. 
The room also has a spacious balcony that is facing to the west. 
Furthermore the apartment has a modern kitchen, that has a microwave and an induction stove. 
There’s a dining room and a bathroom you will be sharing with two other girls, as well as a toilet, that is separated from the bathroom.

The two girls you will be living with are both 19 years old,  studying IBA at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
