Are you an international student looking for a room in Rotterdam? Five rooms will become available for students in a spacious maisonette on Marconistraat from April 1, 2026. The property has a total surface area of approximately 112 m² and has two kitchens and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has access to a balcony.

You will have a private room in the house. The kitchen, bathroom, and other facilities are shared with the other residents.

Layout

The house is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It is currently being renovated, so photos may not be entirely accurate.
