Train station Alexander is 7 minutes away with bicycle. There is shopping area with a lot of food shops 300m away and Alexandrium shopping center is 7 minutes with  bicycle. The apartment is in quiet and safe neighbourhood next to the park and near is Kralingse Bos lake. There is also a basement for bicycle parking free of charge. Free car park around the building.
