Over de woonruimte

Hallo allemaal. De beschrijving van het appartement heb ik in het Engels geschreven. Dit omdat niet iedereen die in het appartement woont Nederlands spreekt. En Engels kunnen spreken dus wel zo handig is als je interesse hebt in een van de kamers. Maar mocht je Nederlands spreken, dan kan je gewoon in het Nederlands reageren hoor.

hope you’re all doing well. I have a room available in an apartment shared with two other people, located in the south of Rotterdam, close to the Maas. This room is 12m2 and is fully furnished. It even has what I call a step-in closet. Which is basically only one move away from a full walk-in closet (#closetgoals).

The price for this final stepping stone in closet goodness is a whopping €790,- including utilities/local taxes/service cost/internet. Registration is mandatory and only possible if you have never been in trouble with the law (or have visited a spray shop recently :p).

The room is available from right now. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, balcony and facilities (incl. washer) with two young ladies. But know that this might turn into a mixed household now or in the future whenever someone leaves.
There is a tram stop around the corner of the apartment that will get you to Maashaven in two shakes of a lamb’s tail (two tram stops). With the bike you can get to the centre in about 15 mins. With public transport it might take you a bit less or more depending on your connection luck. But you won’t get the free cardio though.
