Over de woonruimte

Hi! We are looking for a new roommate in a house in Rotterdam-South. The room will become available around beginning of May December, but this date is flexible. 

We are located close to Zuidplein. From here a metro takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. By bike it is roughly 15 minutes to the Coolsingel.
In the room a bed, wardrobe and desk are available, but you will need to bring your own linen and towels.

You will be sharing the house with two roommates which are both Dutch and originally from Rotterdam. As one of us is working abroad, practically you will be sharing the entire house with only one other person, which means you will be having a lot of space for yourself.

The price is excluding gas and electricity. We have a smart meter installed with a low unit price, each month we will divide the electricity and gas bill evenly, so the total price will depend on consumption. It will be roughly 50 euro per month on average. We’ve got fiber optic internet and the room has a desk so it’s an ideal place to work from home.

We are scheduling viewings 26/27 of April, but if this dates really don’t work we might see if we can schedule another date as well.
