Are you a student looking for a furnished room in the centre of Rotterdam? This room is available for a fixed rental period until 1 August 2027 and is intended exclusively for a student who needs temporary accommodation in Rotterdam in connection with their studies.

Proof of enrolment and eligibility for temporary rental will be required before signing the rental agreement.

Location
The apartment is located on Spaarbankstraat in Rotterdam city centre, within walking distance of Blaak, the Meent and the Binnenrotte.

Blaak train and metro station are only a few minutes away. Erasmus University and Rotterdam Central Station are therefore easily accessible by bicycle or public transport.

Jumbo supermarket is located on the ground floor of the building. Restaurants, shops, the library, banks and other daily amenities are all located nearby.

Apartment facilities
- The furnished apartment is located on the second floor and has three private rooms, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet.
- You will share the apartment with two other student tenants.
- The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, household appliances and kitchen equipment, including refrigerator; microwave/ oven; dishwasher; washing machine and dryer; cooking equipment and kitchen supplies.
- Water, electricity, gas, service costs and internet are included in the rent.

Room facilities
- The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, bedding, wardrobe, bookshelf, curtains, study desk and chair.
- Registration at Rotterdam City Hall is possible during the rental period.

Rental period

The room is available for a fixed rental period until 1 August 2027.
The applicant must be enrolled as a student for the full rental period and must need temporary accommodation in Rotterdam in connection with their studies.
