Great location in the city:
Very central. A quiet side street of a popular neighbourhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. Very good connections with public transport.

Kind housemates:
We're introverts, although we love to chat a little when we meet in the shared spaces. At work during office hours, organising our social lives in the city. We come home to rest and relax in our rooms, reading books or watching a movie. The house is pretty quiet and we enjoy that.

Semi-independent studio:
The small studio has its own fully equipped kitchen including an cooking hob. The person living in the studio also gets access to the shared larger kitchen and the shared balcony on the upper floor.

Requirements:
We're looking for an expat who is relocating to Rotterdam. A kind and introverted person would be a good match for us. Looking forward to your introduction letter!

Details:
With a temporary rental contract and with registration. Rent is all inclusive. No extra costs. No payments until arrival. Deposit is returned at check-out.

- Fully furnitured room with bed linen and towels
- A bike for your own use
- Cleaning service for the shared spaces
- Fully equipped shared kitchen with dishwasher, rice cooker etc.
- Laundry machine with soap, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board etc.
- Household items like hand soap, all purpose cleaner, bin bags, kitchen towels, toilet paper and so on are all provided for
- Storage space in the shed (for suitcase and other items)
- Any help that you need to get around in a new country: like help with registration at the municipality, advice for communicating with Dutch employers, and tips for activities on the weekends.
