Over de woonruimte

Since one of our flat mates is moving out, we are looking for a new one: that's where you come in!

Besides two great flat mates, we are offering a 14m2 room with a big window front and a built-in wardrobe, but otherwise unfurnished. We share a big open living room and kitchen, a full bathroom and a toilet. A dish washer and a washing machine are also available, so we are fully equipped. We also have a nice balcony/terrace, which is perfect for the sunny days, but may benefit from a little renovation… maybe you are up for the challenge?🪴🛠️

Station Noord and metro station Melanchtonweg are within a 10-minute walk. You can also reach the vibrant places of Rotterdam city center within 15 minutes by bike. Fortunately, there is also a tram stop around the corner for the rainy days.

Now to us: you will be living together with Bianca (25) and Dick (29). Dick is a landscape architect and has recently started his career as such. He is a very active person, morning rows, all out runs and a casual workout here and there always find their ways into his schedule. Bianca moved in, in February, to start a PhD in architecture. She is busy during the week with work and training, mostly running and bouldering at the moment, but she also enjoys chilling out on the couch while knitting or reading a good book. 

We practice a functional but cheerful way of living together. We usually eat together 2 or 3 times a week, taking turns cooking (we mostly eat vegetarian🌱). We also have movie nights every once in a while, and enjoy hitting the boulder gym together whenever we can. Overall it would be great if you are looking for a social life together with your flatmates as well, since we would like to keep this up and experience your best and worst cooking skills. And maybe you can introduce us to your favourite hobby as well!
