Hi girls ✨✨ (sorry boys) our lovely roommate is moving out so we’re on the lookout for someone to take over her room on the 01/04 or we could discuss even sooner! The house is located very close to the breeplein tram stop, 20 minutes by bike/tram to central station and a 5 minute walk to any amenities you would need! The 2- story home is super spacious, with a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, washer dryer, office space, balcony and super cozy living/dining room. The room is €650 excl. (~13m2) and unfurnished, but everything except for the mattress can be bought from the previous tenant and comes with a spacious built in closet. 
about us: we are 2 students currently doing our architecture and building technology masters in Tu delft and we’re 23 and 25 from Spain and Italy. We love to spend time together but we also like to have our own lives. We have fun together, go out or have a chill beer but we also love being at home and watching a silly series together, cooking etc. We are looking for someone that wants to be more than just living together and be friends and fits with our vibe and is in a similar stage of their life. You also must have proof on income/ guarantor as per the landlord’s request. So feel free to send a message telling us a bit about yourself!
