Coming from abroad to Rotterdam for a quarter, a semester or a year and looking for a place to stay?

We offer fully equiped student rooms in a comfortable, clean, safe and social studenthousing project. The studentfacility contains 10 private rooms with shared facilities (1 shower, 1 toilet per 2 rooms) 

All rooms are staffed with a single or queen size bed with comfortable high quality matresses, private minibar, 32 inch flat screen tv, lavatory basin, desk, chair and storage space. Upon arrival tenants receive a personal amenities kit which contains all basic necessities such as towels, bedsheets, pillows, blankets and kitchenware. 

High speed internet (500mbps) available troughout the whole facility in all private rooms and common area’s.

Two fully equiped kitchen area’s with stoves, dishwashers, professional oven, microwave ovens, fridges etc.

Two laundry areas with washing machine and dryer, free usage included for all guests. 

Great common lounge (70m2). Big screen tv, photoplay, fatboy seats, dining room etc.  

Common beergarden at the back with a depository for bikes.

Great location with public transport in front of the door. (comuting time to Erasmus University max. 30 mins.) 150 meters away from a busy shopping street. Bars, supermarkets and food courts nearby.   

Pricelist for a minimum stay of 6 months:

€ 485,- private room with shared facilities, single bed, 10 sq. m.
€ 585,- private room with shared facilities, queen bed, 14 sq. m. 

Above prices include gas, light, water, municipality taxes, high speed internet and unlimited usage of all facilities.
