Over de woonruimte

Hello! We're subletting two rooms from July to January including in an apartment in Feyenoord. One of the rooms is the purple light one and the other is the larger one. Rent is the same for both, feel free to text about whichever. As for the apartment, it's a very nice apartment with a great view of Rotterdam, nice kitchen, a living room with a TV, and a balcony :) It comes furnished, and the price per month is around 662€ including. It's in the south of Rotterdam in a safe family neighborhood, 5 minutes walking from the tram, Albert Heinj and Dirk, 10 minutes walking from the metro, and 15 minutes biking to the city center. And also good to note is that registration would *not* be possible. You would be living with a permanent roomate, so three in total. Let me know if you have any questions.
