Over de woonruimte

Hi room seekers! I’m looking for a female (queer-friendly) roommate to join me in my apartment in Rotterdam. I’m looking for someone finishing their bachelor’s, doing their master’s or starting work, between the ages of 21-26. 

About the apartment: 
- Your room is 16m2 and has large windows so you get plenty of sunlight
- You can take over the bed and desk from my former roommate for 170 euros (150 for the bed, 20 for the desk)
- Due to the layout of the apartment, the washing machine is in a closet in your room
- The rent is 829 euro per month, excluding utilities and wifi, which are approximately 70 per month per person (depending on usage)
- We have a shared balcony, toilet, shower/bathtub and kitchen/living room
- Amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer 
- There are yearly municipal taxes, which we split (e.g. water sanitation, trash collection)
- Public transport nearby (metro and tram), and grocery stores about 10 minutes by foot (Jumbo, Dirk and AH)
- Registration available
- Upon signing the contract, you will need to pay the deposit (1,250) and first month's rent for October

A little bit about me: I’m 21, doing my master’s in social policy, and come from Poland and the US. In my free time, I like to watch movies at the kino, do crafts like crochet or embroidery, read and hang out at parks or cafes. I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, calm, non-smoking and used to living with others. I like to hang out at home when I’m not studying, so it’d be nice to eat together sometimes or chat.
