- Bedroom size: 15 m2;
- 1 double bed, closet room with storage space, rest space with one armchair and a side table, study/work area with desk and shelves and a kit of bed linen + towels;
- Common space of 20 m2 + a balcony of 4 m2. Inside the big room there is an open fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, dining table, 4 chairs plus a lounge area with wooden long seat and cushions and a complete kit of glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, etc;
- Room is only available for 1 person, the house has 2 more rooms currently occupied by 1 person each (both men). During 4 months of the year it is expected that the girlfriend of one of the tenants will also be in the apartment, with the total number of people in the unit summing up to 4;
- €850/month excl. utilities and taxes (€120 extra);
- 1-month deposit (€850);
- Minimum starting duration: 1 year;
